Mine didn't work out so well, jittery arrow and didn't scroll well. I ended up buying a dodge challenger and it works with no defects.

the two that u see in the video, they both broke. the silver one's roller thing (in the middle) fell in the mouse, so it didnt work, my black one doesn't click all the time, i have to double click on something if it doesnt work. so i bought a new logitech mouse, works waay better. as for you, i would return it, an get something other than that. if not, try your computer settings, but these mouses break easily..
