I've never heard of raw kelp noodles, and when I saw this video Ani, I thought to myself are these noodles you find right in the ocean? Just looking at the noodles it looks refined and processed and then I ran into a video posted by okraw titled "Are Kelp Noodles by Sea Tangle a raw food ? Kelp Noodle are used in many raw foods recipes" and he basically proved a point, what do you think about his video ani??

kelp noodles are made under low temperatures but are still very processed. it's just good to know.

I agree, the noodles are a processed food. I only use them occasionally, when I want that "cooked pasta" texture for a raw spaghetti.

Otherwise, I use zucchini noodles or another veggie that I slice with the spiralizer (makes great noodles) :)
