  • For the first exercise you did on this vid if you slide your but further back and lean forward with your chest on the pad and you will engage the back more and not pull back using momentum. Just a tip on how to work the back more with that paticular exercise. You will have to go lighter on the weight though. When I do exercises i try to eliminate pulling with momentum! great vid bro and you keep doing your thing!
