I think this is from the very short-live TV series "Spy Game". Allison Smith plays the elegant lady turn cat burglar, Maxine "Max" London. And I definitely saw Patrick MacNee in there and he was only credited as a guest in two episodes, one called "Go, Girl" and the other "How Diplomatic of You". Based on the accents that the actors are using, I think it's the "Diplomatic" episode.
I'm assuming most people who watches this like female cat burglars, especielly the ones dressed in black ánd everything. To all of You, please post if you know a film or tv series to feature female burglars!!
