@SuicideGirlx most people don't show until they are around 18 weeks. i know it's hard not to be nervous, but just keep possitive and see your doctor regularly.

I think you would be surprised at how easy cloth diapering really is. I thought it was going to be hard also. I only do wash every few days and if you breastfeed the poop isn't bad smelling. You don't have to empty the diapers when the baby isn't eating solids and then when the baby is eating solids it is easy to put it in the toilet. Check out my channel to see a cloth diapering video I made a few months back. I don't think I spent more than $200 on my diapers and accessories.

congrats on week 15! i have been meaning to ask you i know you said that you got pregnant while you were on birth control but you had also said you were sick, my doc told me that if you take any medications that you lower the chances of your brth control from actually working. so i was just wondering if you were on any medicine?? sorry for rambling.

Haha that's ok! I've heard that too, I wasn't on any kind of antibiotics but I was taking like sudafed and other types of medication to help with fevers and colds. So that may have something to do with it but who knows! =)

Same thing happened with my son, my girlfriend was on the shot and taking anitibiotics for a toothache, and the dentist never said anything, usually a regular doctor will advise you when they prescribe anything that could affect it but apparently detists dont so be careful

I don't think the heart beat has anything to do with the gender. My baby's BPM was 155 and I thought it was a girl too, but it turns out he's a little boy =] But I did guess that you're having a girl! I can't wait 'till January when you find out =D Congrats on 15 weeks! i love your videos!

Haha I can't wait either! The heart rate is just one of those old wives tales mostly, but my doctor did tell me that there is some medical evidence behind it, so who knows! =)

You should check out a brand of diapers called Tushies. They don't have any of the chemicals that regular disposable diapers do, therefore they are much safer for your baby. You can find them at many healthfood stores or order them in bulk directly from the website (plus they offer free shipping).

Something I plan to try with my next child is: Diaper Free! The Gentle Wisdom of Natural Infant Hygiene by Ingrid Bauer. The theory sounds solid. Read some customer reviews of the book on Amazon.
