Unlike China, Indian IT indsutry is not based on programming & application development, so again your IT industry is not much into developing a world class manufacturing & defence industries which are the two hallmarks to become an either a regional or a global superpower. BPO ho ya KPO both are outsourcing and falls within the call center industry, that's what they are when they get the license from the Telecom ministry or whatever govt. body you have. So when I quoted the figures it included both, aur yeh havai rozi hai, its not a permanent job solution you dumb head. American State of Ohio has already banned offshore outsourcing in India because of unemployment situation there and more will follow due US economic woes ... cont :-)
