believe me dude this things happen
today we helped an old lady up, while she did exactly what you saw above. at first 0.5 sec funny, then kind of an emergency situation.
just imagine what could happen if e.g. hair get stuck.... or just falling down + old bones...
could be your grandmother, could be you in xx years :)
