Noorul was the most ineffective person I have ever seen on the Apprentice. He deserved to go sooner or later and why not on this task?...though I would surmise that Ben is in serious trouble.

Sir Alan wouldn't fire someone because the producers told him to - and CETAIRNLY not because they're black! Noorul deserved to go - black or not - and if that doesn't convince you it was a non-white person who won Series 1 - Tim Campbell. Purely business. If producers started forcing Sir Alan to fire people who weren't exciting he'd stop doing the show - and that aside I think Sir Alan likes people who are outspoken anyway, compared to those who keep their mouth shut.
You're right. Perhaps a better way of describing what Sir Alan wants is people who do things and people who deliver results (which Noorul did neither of). It's people who don't speak up for themselves when they've made severe errors that they get fired - and also some people have almost talked themselves into a firing for talking too much like Claire and Ben.
Neural, what a joker, what is a teacher doing on the apprentice any way, it is a joke, why is he on the programme to find the next best business man. If they are going down that route, I feel that they should put someone in as a test, like a well spoken builder, or a well mannered plasterer, as I think the majority of people on this programme are just hot air. I feel they have less of an idea than me and all I have is an A/S in Business Studies!!!
