  • @LordKarnov42 Probably the most sought-after game of 1984 [at least in Fairbanks/College, Alaska], also where you could design your own levels (up to 50 on a disk)...but you had to format another disk, "brun" the master disk, then switch disks to run **your** levels. At least you didn't have to run Integer Basic first! I stayed overnight at a friend's house across the street once; his father was up half the night learning this game (because I heard him playing long after we were in bed)!

  • interesting game ...i've never seen

  • Thanks for the help! :-)

  • @Myster1970 Any time.

    Unless I'm not here.

  • Do you know if this Apple II version will run on a PC. I've found different DOSBox versions of the original PC version that'll run on PCs, but I always liked the look and feel of the Apple II version better. Reminds me of my high school computer class circa 1985ish. lol

  • @Myster1970 Grab the AppleWin emulator, grab the disk image from the Apple Asimov FTP, plug in a USB Joystick [and make sure it's set up in the AppleWin options], and go for it.

  • @Myster1970 You can just use the keyboard, but the game defaults to Joystick mode and you have to press a certain key to switch it to keyboard mode. And when you hit the right key, it doesn't let you know, so I've turned it off and right back on again a thousand times without noticing.
