A shared experience making individuals feel that they are not alone in wondering about the level of corruption going on. It fortifies the will to effect change. Voting and political participation is the only path to success. Bloody revolution against creeps with space weapons and a record of inhumanity is not the best choice. Many of the scumbags hope & plan for bloody confrontation.
