I think last minute studying is kinda good too. We had a biology quiz after lunch and I studied for 15 minutes, cramming the notes, during lunch and guess what, I got 28/40 and even beat my classmate who studied the night before. =)))

If you have to learn 150+ pages in one session, this is what I do: I take post it notes and as I read, I write down all the important bits on the small pieces of paper. I only use a few words per note, this saves time, but as long as I understand the notes myself, short sentences with some words left out work well. When one post-it is full, I simply attach it to the page that it summarizes.This way, you won't have to re-read the entire book for your finals.

This is a good strategi but if u gonna practise dont just start reading your book pull the most important things out of the text and write it down when u write it down and also say it loud your brain will note it so " read pull the most important info , write it and say it loud" awesome results

Well i have like 100 university exams behind me and there are only 2 left....however I can't get a pass no matter how i try lol :D any idea how to learn when the exam material is like 7000pages long? (writing notes would take me a year :D)

i've tried this before...and saying it over again out loud..does help. and connect it with a noun usually works. nd i think just re-reading notes about 3 times out loud ( not yell) should help you memorize your stuff too.

@101SuperNerd yes maybe. i learn either way. i normally don't need to use this method unless i've been really busy and i need to study fast. normally, i barely study and i just go over my notes.

i'm not too sure if this works for anybody else. But I first record my voice of the notes. Then I copy the notes onto a sheet of lined paper, while saying out loud, while listening to the recording and also scribbling randomly on a sheet of paper. It worked for me. Very well in fact. I got a 96%

well, I tried it. I got through writing everything down on the first page but then my hand started cramping, so, I just read the paper aloud a few times lol. I'd have to try this when I don't have as many notes xDD Still good idea though. ^__^''
