On a wind tunnel. That's the same damn thing SSC fans tell me. Unless Guinness confirms the top speed of a fully tested Venom, Bugatti will be on top of the list. Plus the Venom Gt is still not a full production car, since they can't still figure out how much of value that piece of junk is and if they're planning to put 1200 bhp on a little Elise, they've got a lot of work to do. BTW i haven't heard anything of their Viper

The only American engineering i respect is American Muscle. BTW, there is no way Venom GT can surpass the Bugatti SS average speed of 267 mph. Venom is not aerodynamically stable and putting more hp to it will make it blow up
