Most of the time I feel like I am drowning, I can't ask for prayer in San Diego. Because I am too sad to be prayed for NOT KIDDING! People with headaches come up to the front for prayer... AND will be "prayed over" for down right annoyingly long times! I would like to see what they truly think of me, The way I love the secret parts of me I do not share for fear, MY CRIES FOR HELP that go unanswered yet not unnoticed. but WHEN THE GREAT SHEPARD APPEARS we will see who did what for God or Self.
The Church in America I think have forgotten what Jesus did to bring us this Joy. We have forgotten about our sin that put Jesus on that Cross. We want to focus on the glorification of Man rather than the Glory of God. God died for us and we have joy yes but "not as the prime product but as a byproduct". (Paris Reidhead)

I agree. I have found myself wondering if the "Christian" church today is really "Christian". And what defines Christian these days?
