Beck said he put that odd passage in his book to prove a point; that "there is an organized...effort to try to bend your values," to "shape your deepest beliefs into toleration and...acceptance." Since gay marriage is the big, political issue now, not incest, & many conservatives commonly equate gay sex with incest...I take it that he was trying to say "even if feels good, gay sex is wrong like incest & you shouldn't tolerate it." My dad watches Beck every day & that seems the more likely guess.
