Theres a guy by the name of XXXmags who has created many helicopters with full swashplates in a game called Garry's Mod (gmod). The game simulates physics and allows you to build things, even such things as swashplates. I've been trying, myself, but with little luck.
Brilliant video! I've always wanted to see a working rotor head and swash plate close up. I had a basic idea how it works but thanks to your vid I can see the intricate variations that the blades move through.
