USC has challenge Big-12 & SEC. No one hasn't step up to the plate to accept the challenge. USC has beaten Big-12, SEC, ACC, Big-10 teams. Only Big-12 loss was to Texas in the Rose Bowl. SC has impressive wins but is not quite a dynasty. Nebraska during the 90s was a dynasty. They appeared in the champtionship game 4/5yrs (1994-96 & 1998)and winning three, and they played everybody. SC has yet to play a FL school! Talent wise gosh damn you guys are there and ya'll know how to win, but a winning streak does not equal a dynasty. Because if it were true then put texas in there too because they have won 10+ games the past 7 yrs.
