We've all overindulged at some point. The stigma is strong. This is the reason why addicts don't seek treatment. They are ashamed and afraid of being judged and viewed as weak or imperfect. There are many, many people with both bipolar syndrome and manic depression that abuse drugs because of their sickness. If they had "normal" brain function, they probably WOULDN'T abuse drugs.

@ideasul Fact is (I don't know if this applies to Amy, but likely does) many people with undiagnosed mental illness self medicate with drugs and alcohol to quiet the chaos in their heads. This works for a while, until the addiction kicks in. At this point the body now needs the substance or it will go into withdrawal, which, depending on the circumstances can be deadly without proper medical supervision. A junkie will do anything they can to avoid withdawal -rich or poor, famous or not.
And no, it is VERY possible to have mental issues occur because of traumatic childhood experiences, no drugs needed.

@ideasul Fact is (I don't know if this applies to Amy, but likely does) many people with undiagnosed mental illness self medicate with drugs and alcohol to quiet the chaos in their heads. This works for a while, until the addiction kicks in. At this point the body now needs the substance or it will go into withdrawal, which, depending on the circumstances can be deadly without proper medical supervision. A junkie will do anything they can to avoid withdawal -rich or poor, famous or not.

@SERENAJANELOPEZ Why should this be taken down? People want to just sweep addiction under the rug like it doesn't happen. This shits real, watch it, learn from it, and take something away from it.
I don't see anything other than footage that was shot at a concert for thousands of people to see. Whats wrong with youtube getting a look? Maybe some little girl will watch this and think twice before she takes that first sip of alcohol or blows a line of coke.
