It is good but that same background image is used for everything.
Don't developers know how to make a good theme these days? The Saints Row 2 theme is still the one I use the most. They asked for loads of community/fan input for the theme and actually listened to out suggestions. They even posted their work in progress for the theme on their community forum. Now that's how it should be done. Not some quick 10 minute job in Photoshop :-(.
