It does appear to work, but what you don't realize is you are in a death trap. I wound up with anorexia following this plan. You live in constant fear of facing "God's wrath" for doing something wrong. I walked on eggshells the whole 4 years in RF. I was involved in WD for 13 years and it was only after joining her church did I realize how wrong she was. It was like walking into a nightmare.When you leave, they treat you like road kill.
