It works perfectly. Used to be able to get accounts on earlier version due to my dynamic IP now they have that hidden file that records names, this fixes the issue. Virus free.

run this:

%SystemRoot%\system32\eventvwr­.msc /s

then double click on application, now start graboid, click create acc to get error, go back to event viewer and right click, refresh now double click on new error and copy it here with ctrl C

i don't follow, so this patch should let u re-create unlimited accounts? i've done it 4 times in the past, but that's the limit unless this patch should fix that either way it says i've already registered with this computer when i attempt to create a new user login

Look in cpanel/administrator tools/event whatever and copy what says in aplication error it say one file, google name of it and download, after download just copy over old file or copy in system32
