  • Does anybody know the name of the song which had the words "She's on the road to hades and she don't know why, She's on the road to hades she even owns a piece of the sky" ? If my memory serves me right (which isn't often now days) it's on the Kryptonite album but it's possible it is from Space Rangers. Thanks for any help you can give. • one of my old time favorites and I am amazed to find it here I still have the vinyl album mint condition.

  • All his doctors have been looking for Neil Merryweather for years as well. lol Space Ranger allright but great musician also! Good post, thanx.

  • Furiously creative and dazzling-saw them live and hooked up with Timo at SIR in Hollywood - very nice and humble guitfiddler. I get confused however cuz of the beef between Neil and Timo and the splitting of the group & both taking credit for the songs, Space Rangers, Symphonic Slam, & hard to tell if Timo or Jeep Willis is playing-what was the skinny on all that insanity? Too bad as those songs were happening back in the day. Please upload more of the jams. Thanks! Johnny Pal of MangoDaville

  • After working in various projects as a Producer, G.Artist,Musician & Writer; Neil embarked on creating a Heavier,Progressive, Psychedelic Band/Album: 1974's "Space Rangers". This trk. features groundbreaking Chamberlin keyboard work [Mellotron] & innovative guitar work from a young Timo Laine [Symphonic Slam]. The criminal financial neglect from Mercury Records may have killed the Band after two LP's, but the genius marriage of this song's lyrical message & stellar musical production lives on.

  • An artist, album & song far ahead of many of their early seventies' contemporaries. Although success was limited in commercial terms, the influence & impact cannot be underestimated. Neil was a product of the vibrant sixties psychedelic music scene in Toronto, Ontario Canada that spawned Neil Young, Bruce Cockburn, Rick James, Lighthouse, Domenic Troiano & dozens more. Like N.Young earlier, Merryweather headed to Los Angeles California to pursue lofty goals & International Stardom via Hollywood.

  • a no show at a concert near st louis in 74

  • Thank you for uploading this. Have been looking for Neil Merryweather for years.

    Greetings from Sweden
