The movie itself, I honestly have no care for whatsoever. Not Arento's best work, to be sure. I think people overrate it far too much - just watch it now, & maybe you'll notice all the useless footage of lengthy conversations or cinematography that felt more like an excuse to expand the movie's time rather than to fulfill anything purposeful.

That being said, this theme truly is an exceptional song. Its chilling melody, meshed with that horrifying voice always sends a jolt up my spine & paranoia in my brain. Honestly, that song STILL gives me goosebumps. Especially that humming voice; It's as though he's CALLING for you - inviting you to come "play" with him.

i know some say that profondo rosso is his masterpiece but i think that Suspiria is far better than that one.. This is his masterpice according to me. and second to this i think Phenomena is great to, he has done very good movies. :D

senza aggiungere che i classici di dario sono tali anche per un motivo: le musiche dei Goblin. Sono probabilmente i miglior compositori di horror-themes di sempre, punto.

wow, there's gonna be a remake?!? i think if you were to remake an Argento film it would have to stay as close to the original as possible. like reshooting every scene exactly the same, keeping Argento's film style, expect there would just be up to date actors. if it cut or added parts, changed characters or their personalities or any of that, it wouldn't even be worth watching. i can't even imagine another score for the movie. -____- it might be a disaster.

it would depend on the director and if they're just goin to try an please the teen crowd w/ a superficial slasher. problem w/ a lot of horror movies now a days, is that they try an scare you w/ special affects CGI garbage. Its all about mood and atmosphere, so if an awesome director gets a hold of it, then maybe. if M. Night sticks to the basics, maybe he can do it...
