Hezbollah has taken over because of the weak and corrupted pro-american goverment. The US and Israel asked for this. I find this report very angled. Too much talk about shiia, sunni and christians. So much even the lebanese, such as me, find it too much. Just like in Iraq...
Hezbollah got about 90-95% support from all lebanese. About 80% of the christians support Hezbollah. The reasons are the weak goverment and the israeli terroristregime.
Your an idiot. Its israel, and its zionist-jewish terrorism that are the cowards. Maybe if you had half a brain you would know that the un amnesty internation AND human rights watch all proved hezbollah did not do that. However they have hard evidence against israel.
what a moron, "another arab terrorist organization that hides, like cowards, behind innocent people " stupid dog, at least TRY and find the truth instead of sprouting bullshit like this.
The subliminal message of this video is: Hezbollah invited Israel to bomb Lebanon and Hezbollah undermines the Lebanese government. The reporter might want to go back and review the video of tea party that was going on while the people of Lebanon were enduring a savage bombing. Hezbollah is the only entity in the history of modern Lebanon who has actually defended Lebanon against a foreign enemy.
Hiz won the elections in 2005 and they were allies with the 14 M people at that time, but since the US policy was to disarm HIz so 14 M started to ask for that. Any way, Hiz now have different allies from the last time and they r expected to won the election but they also sacrifice in couple of seats in the parliment for their allies. England will have discussion with Hiz and the US r more open with Iran. So Hiz will get more power and less pressure from other Lebanese parties.
I wouldn't say it's that biased (compared to other "reports" on Lebanon), however that being said, it does basically blame the entire 2006 war on Hezbollah as if Israel has no blame either.
I really don't understand why people are so concerned with Hezbollah gaining more seats in the Lebanese elections. Isn't that how the IRA eventually put down its arms in Ireland? Large resistance organizations cannot be destroyed militarily. You need to get them involved in the political process.

God bless hezbollah, here we have a group that never lies, fights for justice, and is the voice of the people.
Down with zionist-jewish terrorism in the holy lands.

They are the voice of the people who chant freedom, honor, dignity and respect. A chant echoed by all Lebanese who seek justice. I am one of them.

What an absurdly biased piece.
How do you expect Hezbollah or the Lebanese not to be paranoid when they've been invaded at least 4 times from the south?
