I like that you put spinach in it but I would have put more vegetables like peppers or mushrooms. And I never thought of putting sandwich meat in a breakfast buritto, but now i can try it in the future!

my fiance' will be happy i watched this video... too bad i didnt watch it BEFORE my first attempt at making one with bacon this morn... crunchy, didnt fold too well either (yet, he ate it anyway as if it was gonna run away). question, tho: did you saute the spinach with use of olive oil? butter?

You can really use either but I like canola the best plus the canola oil has a higher smoking point. And if you want to use bacon try breaking it up after its all crispy then roll it up! thanks for the subscription.
