Dont use steel utensils on nonstick pans. if u scrape some of the nonstick coating and get them on your food and ingest it, your hurting your health. Gives you a nasty disease i hate saying.
Bro iam a vegan and iam laying off exercising these days due to my exams.I have gained a lot of fat due to eating unhealthy.Could you do a vegan recipe(iam vegeterian) which will make you full with the lowest amount of fat possible?
I see you use a lot of protein in everything you eat Michael. I just want to say, but i'm sure you all ready know, but too much protein only turn back into fat unless you burn it all off during exercises :D
@DogShit94 If you don't burn your calories you are eating over your TDEE, you are going to GAIN weight. There are 3500 calories in one pound of fat, if you are in a 500 calories surplus a day for a week, you are going to gain one pound. It's ALL about calories in and out.
@bloodhoundgangjon No no, i am serious. I repost my advice... go read about proteins somewhere and then come back and tell me what you found. It's a natural process in the body where the the extra nutrient the body have taken up turns it into fat. It's a normal process in the body to keep up the fat reserves.
@DogShit94 I give up. There is no point explaining it to you. Anytime you consume more calories than you burn, the excess calories will be stored as fat. It doesn't matter whether those excess calories come from fats, carbs, sugars or proteins.
@bloodhoundgangjon I do understand that excess calories are bad, but you must realise that everything you have an escessive about of, wheather it's protein, calories, vitamins etc. The fact that you most get into your stuck up head, is that when you get too much of anything, it's bad. I have a tip. If you dont want to/cant flip it. Put the pan under the grill after the bottom is cooked =) cooks the top that way.
