  • @YayCyanide Not sure why I bother when everyone else proves you wrong but here we go - Yeah, exercises work the entire muscle. But what you don't seem to grasp (or just love to ignore) is that you CAN still put more pressure on a certain area of that muscle, focusing more on the area and building it bigger in proportion to what is also being exercised. But maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I should just trust some troll that takes photoshopped troll pics and is contradicted by everyone on the internet. -.-

    You got like one ab loped over on one side with nothing on the other side, if you don't have a solid six(like me) don't bother posting. Judging by how you think about pectoral muscles your chest probably looks just as bad with no "outter" or "inner" so you think it's natural that you don't have it.

    Just because it's all one muscle doesn't mean you can't work different parts of it. Why do you think there's a decline and incline bench?

Guy probably goes to the gym a few times a week, lifts some weights for 2 hours, and weighs 140 lbs. Please stop diseasing us with your stupidity. You've been wrong on almost every comment I've read. And fyi, I've been personal training for 10 years and amateur bodybuilding for 8. Please troll somewhere else

  • @YayCyanide correct you can't put 100% focus into one area of a muscle. I.E. wide barbell curls will hit the entire bicep, however, there will be more stress on the inner head of the bicep thus "focusing" more on the specific muscle compared to doing outer bicep or being a whole bicep workout.

    So when doing flies, yes, the focus is geared towards in the inner chest even tho the entire chest is being worked. Same principle for incline and decline bench working the upper or lower chest.

  • @YayCyanide Dude you're not getting what is being said lol. It doesn't mean it's going to turn your muscles into a different shape. What it means is that you are focusing on a certain area of the muscle thus building it bigger in relation to other areas thus "shaping" it to look the way you want. Every chest exercise focuses more on one part than the other. Why would there be flys, push ups, bench, dips, military press, etc. When people notice a certain part building faster, they change it up.

  • @YayCyanide What are you talking about? What he said makes sense to me, i think you just misunderstood what he was trying to say... When you do dips it works the lower part (part closes to the top of your abs) of your chest and the outer part (the sides closest to your arms) of your chest a lot which gives the chest that rounded shape ( cept for women, that rounded shape is already there ;D )

  • @superwhooper69 this is not like a fucking TV series where people watch one episode after another so he doesn't have to same the same thing at the beginning. He is an instructor at that gym so he has to represent it every time because some people might be watching just one of his videos and trying to know which gym it is.
