He has directed a movie back in 1997 called "The Brave". I personally like it and also think Johnny could be a really superb director if he continued/pursued it more. Though at the moment he is directing a documentary and he also directed music videos for his girl. :)

Am I really THAT old... ;) I don't know much about Johnny as a director but I know that his artwork graced the cover of one of Vanessa Paradis' albums. Obviously she's gorgeous but aside from that she's talented and successful in her own right and, though she's not famous in Australia, I have seen interviews with her and she seems really nice and intelligent. I 'get' the 'looks cool when he smokes' thing! I don't want to promote smoking but I admit that the laid back confidence he exudes when he does anything is a huge turn on! ;)

Misunderstanding movie with morning could be reasonable if they were talking about another film, but not in this case ;)
