Excellent reference to NYC. Instead of going to the west side and crossing to New Jersey (named after a British channel Island, FYI), in Gotham City, one goes east to New Guernsey (Jersey's sister island namesake). Very clever. Btw, in one episode, Catwoman falls into the WEST River. Excellent.
