I think you could make a case that Branden Flowers has became a lot more religous or grew in faith because in Hot Fuss he barely refers to God but then in Sams town Sawdust and Day and Age he does more and more. Then out of the three Christmas songs it went from Don't shoot me Santa with no mention of Jesus to this, with a little mention of God, then to the lastest Christmas song Joseph, better you than me. Which is all about Jesus' father. That's what I think, even though no one asked. haha
