@Death1458100 hey there, I work at the aloha stadium and I totally agree, the pro browl is a waste of time and money for the nfl and the fans, this year I would say was the worst ever, the majority of the players didn't even give any effort into the game and most of the fans were leaving even before 1st half was over, but this is the one and only time each year hawaii gets to see pro football players, so yeah they still should have it here, but the news says the nfl will cancel it indefinitely.

Pro Bowl = Biggest joke in all of the NFL. It means nothing to the players it is just a vacation. There season is over and the NFL pays them to go to Hawaii. Lets think about this a bunch of people who are payed way to much to play a GAME are sent to Hawaii to play a game and relax. Who would not screw around? Seriously all of them could travel to Hawaii any time because of there pay. I love football but getting paid as much as they do is a waste of money.

@Death1458100 Well, that's the free market for ya. I don't have a problem with that. There are only a few people that can play like that. Also nobody is complaining that Tom Cruise is earning 100 Mill. a year making movies. More power to them!

@Death1458100 Its just a game to you, but you dont realize how many hours of practice and not being paid they put in it through high school/college. Plus, you have to learn sooo many different plays, and realize when to call what play. these guys arent idiots playin a game. theres alot of work behind it

would it not be a good idea to have a pro bowl after the superbowl so everyone can actually play and showcase why they are in the superbowl , i guess the nfl needs to rethink that lol because its kinda a joke

@nyphix4321 That idea (Probowl after the Superbowl) is an idea that has out lived its usefullness..The NFL has had that as a tradition since day 1, and from a tv viewing audience, the ratings have plummeted, and have yet to recover any of their financial losses or matched tv viewing interested from previous ALL STAR games. Me, personally, I've have no, NONE, any interested in NFL ALL STAR games (played before or after any superbowl.) I'd be more inclined to watch NFL BACKUPS than STARS.

@NoFunniNamesLeft yup, you are right. Because of this I am not a big fan of having the Pro Bowl **before** the Superbowl. The players love going to Hawaii after the season is over for the Pro Bowl.
