Though I don't go for yaoi or yuri I liked this. I liked the theme and I enjoyed that there is no masking. I get tired of seeing characters where they don't belong :P I thought it was well done. formaltaliti already stated that something glitched with the audio, but my vegas does it too so all in all I'd say you have a win. ^^
@melrose1789 Well, thank you. I can't take credit for the lack of masking in terms of taste, I don't have the option, but I'm glad you liked the way it worked out.

@formaltaliti Yes, the audio is glitchy. I do not know why; the file on my computer isn't. It was uploaded very close to the alternations, which might have had something to do with it. I'm really glad you liked it, though; hopefully I can make the final version even better.
3. for the colors I think Blue is Cloud and Tifa's color Green is the kid's color Red is lighting and Aerith's color Black and white represents Sadness I did not see the newsprint effect used but I think it would represent a new begging or the ending of sadness.
4. newsprint effect is fine with me just don't put it on to strong.

@rini106 Pretty much dead right for the colors. The newsprint is what's going on in the black-and-white part, if you look close you might be able to see it looks a little grainy? That's the newsprint, and you're right, it's the sadness part; it's also meant to be a flashback, though. Sadly, I can't fit anything in the background cause I only get four video tracks. sorry I could not think of anything really to criticize. I like how its going so far. I think I need to see more to actually be able to form more of an opinion. but Ill answer your questions.
1. The cookie cutters in the beginning dont need changing. but it dose look like its missing something. maybe try putting something like a picture or a different color then black it the back round.
2. keep the kids, sometimes kids can go though things adults could not imagine so there fine.
I just wanna say I'm so pleased to see someone else on youtube using the same program as me. Sometimes I feel so restricted because I don't have masking, and cookie cuttering things doesn't have the same effect most of the time as it isn't so clean - but what you did was so beautiful - and clean! I'm not sure I believe you didn't mask :P
@Rachelplum I'm so glad you like it (although URGH, it's obscenely glitchy and killed pretty much all my timing; if the final version does that I'm going to kill something, or probably remove it and re-upload until it works). And as to using cookie cutter in place of masking: lots and lots of feathering, combine it with chroma keyer, and don't be afraid to have ten or so separate cut-outs if that's what it takes. And thank you so very, very much for the compliment regarding that part of the vid.
