Many Bailiffs are thugs yes and use scare tactics. But there are also a lot of people who avoid are just don't pay their bills... costing other people more money.
Regardless of the alleged fine or money owed in this specific incident, bailiffs ride rough shod over the law by using scare tactics on their victims. They abuse any rights they may have for their own agenda. The courts and other so called authorities use them to avoid the difficulties thye KNOW they would face by trying to do the same thing themselves. If they can't be bothered to know the laws that they are bound by then they deserve all they get. Moronic thugs the lot of them.
Its because of people like this I have to pay more in taxes etc, the police could also be doing something more important than arguing with someone who doesn't want to pay their council tax
@Pauluswales It's actually gutless people like you, who acquiesce, without question, while being robbed by incompetent panjandrums, masquerading as competent public officials. Don't blame people who have the balls to try and stand up to corruption.
I also understand that the person in this video may feel that the money that he is being asked for is disputed. Unfortunately i dont hear anything that he says from a point of principal. He thinks that he is some sort of self taught lawyer and that he is clever enough to get away without paying. Thats not pricipals. Thats just another scumbag who uses the blanket of laws to abuse the system for his own ends thereby screwing everyone else.
@baggie00001 unless you don't really owe all or part of the debt or have other situations that prevent payment. But... I suppose you are one of this self righteous trolls who gets off on commenting on someone elses misery.
@NoDestinyLive4Now No not self righteous at all. I just pay my bills. 20 years ago i fell into debt with 2 bank loans that i took out after buying my house. I was made redundant from my job and couldn't afford to pay all of the loan payments. I picked up the phone.Made a commitment to pay smaller amounts over a longer period of time. Result= debt settled. No Bailiffs required. Simple isn't it?
@baggie00001 Mate, you don't seem to understand. Your situation was simple, and perhaps 20 years ago that is how it was. Good on you for paying your debts. I wouldn't be putting others down because you don't know their situation, It's not like everyone is a deadbeat. My mum's family in the US have to pay for their OWN HEALTHCARE! They are thousands of dollars in debt because of that alone. Be glad for what you have accomplished, but perhaps you have no greater understanding of life...
@NoDestinyLive4Now Sorry to hear about your mum's family. That cant be easy. I'm 47 and i think by now i have a good understanding of life. The whole point i am making is that it doesn't matter what your financial status is. You can manage debt to to point that Bailiffs do not need to come to your door. There are plenty of debt management companies that can ease the pain of debt. Even if you never pay off all the debt in your lifetime. You can prevent situations like the one shown in this video.
@NoDestinyLive4Now Mate i do understand. Its no different now than it was 20 years ago. If you owe someone money then all you have to do is make a commitment to pay an amount that you can afford. You can offer 50p a week if thats all you can afford and there is nothing that the debtor can do about it as long as you stick to the agreement.
Debt doesn't have to be a problem. Its only a problem if you choose to make it that way.
@baggie00001 My 2 loans were with Barclays and HSBC. I owed a total of 10 grand which was a lot in the early nineties. Even though i was paying Barclays every month. They sold the debt to a company called Independent debt collection services based in Liverpool. Within days of it being sold. IDCS phoned me wanting more money. I refused and continued to pay the agreed amount and there was nothing they could do about it. As long as io stuck to the agreed amount. It worked out fine.Anyone can do it.
@baggie00001 yep, and it is that sweeping generalisation you make about "sponging scroungers" and the assumption that benefits=easy life that lets you down. Trust me, as someone who has worked collections for a number of institutes, its not that black and white. Nothing ever is. also, retrospectively, calling you a twat, was a little over the top really, for which i am sorry.
@DonAlcopop Didnt mean it to sound like a generalisation of people. Just the people shown in this video. My point is that it doesn't matter how much you owe or who you owe it to. There are steps you can take to prevent Bailiffs ever knocking your door. Even an offer of a pound or less a week will keep them away. When people get to the stage like these in the video. Its because they dont give a toss about their debts. Trouble is that we often end up paying more, when these people dont.
@baggie00001 I agree what you are saying really, i do think it may be worth considering what motivates people like this though. Some are doing it from a point of principal. Sure, its convenient that they get to make a little saving along the way, but my friend, that money they saved was never really in your pocket to start with....was it?
@DonAlcopop I understand what you mean but from a point of principal. I do not want to pay higher bills because some people get the idea that they are exempt from paying their bills.
Typical example is car insurance. Why should i pay a higher premium because there are hundreds of thousands of drivers who dont have insurance? Is that fair? Another example is Council tax. I have to pay more Council tax because of the high cost of retrieving the money when others dont pay their Council tax.
@baggie00001 See, now this is comment worth exchanging. :) Progress, from, the adversarial to the understanding. I would recommend having a watch of some of the AntiTerrorist's posts on his channel, he goes into this in detail in his post called " right on the money" but all of them are worth a look. He is much better at explaining it than i am, but in essence what he says is, why pay car insurance? Why not have a legal undertaking to pay for any damage caused, backed by a bond instead.
Bailiffs are thugs and bully's and the last one that came my door got the kicking of his life i done 18 mths and was worth every penny he works in tesco now collecting trolleys . just because your big fat and look intimidating you can not be took out sorry i was in the marines for 21 years
come on name and shame the company,,,i left the bailiff industry because of this ,its a fine line between harrassment and demanding money with menaces.but just a word of warning for anyone, if its a court fine, then a distress warrant will have been issued by the court, that entitles a bailiff to ewnter your premises peaceably or with the aid of a locksmith, you dont have to be present and the bailiff is under no obligation to have the police in attendance,..pm me if people need more info or help
Bailiffs, clampers, wardens all useless wasters, who provide no benefit to an economy, provide no positive service and employs the most miserable, uptight cunts of society. They must be pretty busy these days robbing poor working men who have lost they're jobs, people's homes and collecting more tax and fines that aren't even justified. Fair play to anyone who tells these fuckers to shove it.
dirty scum bailiffs and police dirty scum well done mate why arent they harrassing the corrupt british primeminister for stealing hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxes off the public pue shit bags the scum [police and bailiffs
@james7167 so if you get you car get stolen you not be calling the police then, or anything happens to a member of your family you not call them.... no matter what happens? I don't believe that
by the way you talk you prob dont work thats why people like me have to i help pay for your health care your bin collection and your dole .i really dont like little shits like you
I watched a bailiffs programme months ago on BBC1 and the cunts were going to take this old lady's dog as it was pedigree and worth alot of money. How fucking sick is that. True story, i kid you not!
you say they arent bailifts, i totally disagree, as if they wern't the police would have arrested them.. fact is, you dont pay your tax and expect the rest of us to pay for your sorry ass.. you're scum
can u recommend a source of information that explains what my rights are concerning bailiffs? I had a court summons for non payment of council tax and want to know what i can do legally if they send round the bailiffs.
@charlesrydec Prove to me you do not create the credit you think you borrow... Please read the Government finance act, and the bills of exchange act 1882... Also, Ask your tax office to perform a forensic Audit upon your account and find out how much your estate has made this year... Oh and while your at it, get a chair after and really think about how your going to spend it...!
Why do you think the Government Calls it PUBLIC SPENDING... We create the credit they just waste it...! Read a book..
@MegaGary1960 YOUR a Criminal By Law if YOU pay taxes lol... Why are you paying rent to use your own body lol hahahaha
Sorry I could not resist, the ignorance in your knowledge is awful... My only wish would be for you to realise you are Sovereign and do not work for the government so why the fuck are you paying for anything lol...?
Your signature pays for everything...! without it you wouldn't have fuck all lol... Look up acceptance in a law dictionary lol... Any will do ;-) Good luck to you.
this oul lad is the ticket, fair play to the lad. sum fukn eejit with a skinhead trying to imtimidate him like. id go and boil the kettle and buck it over his face as soon as he tried to take 1 step into my gaff.
my mistake m8 i havent been found guilty by a court yet but have been summonced for no tv licence and i gave a statement to the tv man that i already had a licence but they wouldnt belive me anyway i bought a new tv licence and got a letter saying they wouldnt prosecute so what do i do with the court summons
notice how quiet it is to the point where he mentions the fee and there is a split second white noise at about the 2 min mark...so easy to edit or take something away.....
@darrent43 We'll remember that when they take your job and you can't repay your own CREDIT you lent to yourself lol... Read the bills of exchange act 1882 and weep, then get over yourself and maybe wake up and join us, because your living a lie... and your biggest fear is admitting it lol
"Think" Why do you pay to live on a planet you were borne on... and to whom do you owe the privilege lol
And without your signature...! The credit would NOT exist... So get them to prove you didn't create it.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
to all those who don't like Bailiffs.......PAY OFF YOUR DEBTS AND BILLS WHEN YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO....or just don't buy anything that you can't afford and you'll have no problems. Bailffs act within the law.
@riv2012 a lot of bailiffs are contraced to local authorities and they must be liscenced. i am not a troll and nor am i a police officer. I am just telling people that if they dopn't like bailiffs and don't want to meet them then they should follow the advice given. and don't go tarring all police officers with the same brush. They're not all bad. sure you get a few bad ones but many of them are good.
@pcjoel999 My comment on police was harsh, and you are right, they aren't all bad, just a shame that being a police officer in today's world is more akin to; revenue officer.
Regarding bailiffs, the whole system is corrupt from the top down; are you familiar with 'fiat currency' and 'fractional reserve banking'. Once you understand these financial instruments, then you start seeing how the circle of debt is created and the part bailiffs play in the corrupt system.
@pcjoel999 "bailliffs act within the law" how can you possibly imply that you know for a fact how each and every bailiff acts? Thats more than a bit ignorant.
@pcjoel999 NO THEY DO NOT !!! Are you a complete idiot? pls don't make yourself look so stupid with an off the cuff remark like this without doing the most basic of research ... You can't even spell the word "Bailiff"
@LeeHarveyOswald100 no they do not what? if you mean that Bailiffs act within the law then yes they do. Bailiffs must adhere to regualtions. Bailiffs are liscenced.
@pcjoel999 look mate, this guy is a Freeman on the land. He does not have to adhere to regulations or licence's or Acts of parliment or silly Statutes of law and he does not have to entertain menace's who turn up with the police. ( who are only there to make sure there is no breech of the peace) Look into common law and your rights because you seem to be blissfully unaware of them ... Good day!
@LeeHarveyOswald100 telling me to look at law when i have studied it. All i said was that Bailiffs have to be liscenced whch is true. So what if the guy in the house is a Freeman on the land. If he has failed to adhere to a contract and they are liscenced bailiffs then they have every right to be there and remove property. oh and by the way Beach of the Peace is only an offence in Scotland.
@pcjoel999 That's a very good question, first you have to undertand a few basics before you can start to understand what's going on in this video. Firstly find out who your "strawman" is and then find out how we are ruled by consent. You may not know this but you don't have to pay council tax, road tax or any other kind of tax. You do not need a license to drive nor a passport to travel. confused? Don't worry i was the same when i first found out .
@pcjoel999 What a shame you have been brainwashed already!
I've never met a bailiff or any debt collection agency, or for that matter, ANY corrupt rotten to the core financial industry puppet that even knows the law, least of all acts within it!
It is because of narrow minded shallow and rapacious people, who have no understanding of what it is like to begin to know that peoples lives change and therefore, these unenforceable contracts that these global corporations like to use are not valid.
@skimmers73 i have not been brainwashed at all. i am just saying that although some may break the law they are in fact regulated and inspected. I know that many do not adhere to the law when the inspectors are gone but they are regulated.
Yes but only in POlice State Britain. In the United States, we don't have baliffs and police officers knocking on our door. If there is any dispute, it usually goes before a Civil Court.
You can even get help paying your debts in the USA if you don't have the money.
Your British system is fascist. God bless America.
@pluto4847 you can get help over here too. many people are to 'proud' to ask for the help they need. you can put these things before a Court in the Civil division here too. and we dont live in police state.
@pcjoel999 Always act within the law? Not likely, they always misrepresent their powers and overcharge. It's an industry out of control. They have no power of entry for virtually all types of debts save Magistrates Court fines they know this and so try and blag their way into homes. Their fee schedules are a joke too.
@bladeboy2041 unfortunately they can charge what they like and it is often excessive. they have not broken the law by doing so though so they do act within the law. they have very limited powers of entry.
@pcjoel999 I advise you to STUDY THE LAW and stop with the Assumptions...! We are the Creditors... Not the Debtors. In Law Remedy is to be Provided at ALL TIMES...! Please read the Maxims Of Law
Further comments from yourself without proper prior investigation in these matter could lead to your further embarrassment lol and people of honour and integrity would also find it extremely ignorant and disrespectful.
@leem400r my point is that people are saying that Bailiffs are illegal and do not act within the law when they do. they have to because the are liscenced and held to account by local authorities and must adhere to regulations. If a person has failed to meet an agreement then the baillifs do have the power to enter and remove property to recover the money.
@pcjoel999 Your point was noted and rebutted... Those Bailiffs work for the Crown Corporation NOT the Queens Bench...! One is fraudulent, the other works to protect YOU your rights and your Estates equity... ie The Crown Corporation of the city of London. We have been constantly proving Constructive fraud and heavy deception time and time again and are quite frankly getting a little tired of ignorance... They are Public Servants... Your are The Sovereign People/General Public... They switched it
@pcjoel999 Your really NOT getting it are you lol...
Statutes and Acts are Rules of Government Employee's during the hours of Work...! A Sovereign is only Bound by Gods Law to which the Queen Swore an Oath to uphold and defend...! So that being SAID
Where is it written in GODS LAW anything about Man Made Rules that we have to follow...?
I do Not work for any government and I remove My pledge to the dirty stinking fuckers... If you wanna be screwed by them for lack of realisation you carry on.
WOW just before you all started saying this is a breach of the peace i thought to myself that in this situation you should tell the policeman that he is only there to prevent B.O.T.P and not there to aid corporate monetary gains (unless we really are a facist state) and so should tell the bailiff to leave. A pat on the back to all your gentlman friends at the door by the way.
Fuckin pigs are there for ONE purpose only, and that is TO PREVENT A BREACH OF THE PEACE !!!
And thats the FIRST thing they refuse to do, and even say "do it yourself".
Dirty filfthy fucking scum !
Ther truth of the matte ris, is the POLICE collecting the debt, but since that is illegal, they employ the bayliff civilians to do it, then just claim to be protecting them, form YOU !
I officially hate capitalism!! its just fucking unfair the rich stay risch and the poor are Deluded but the dream that they may be the ones living in a mansion (the good life) but all i see is my neighbor aged 60 and still not retired has to work 9-5 to pay his ever escalating mortgage ...........I'll rather live in north korea.
that's what I do... also I like the debt collection agencies who I have not set-up an account for... they issue a demand to me to settle the payment and would like it to be with them. I therefore take notice that it is of their will that it is settled with them and they have demanded my services... so I sent them a bill and an invoice for my services of setting up said account and issuing a response.
i luv it wen bailiffs get stuffed my wifes been threatened by letter that a bailiff is applying for a warrant of execution. my wife does owe the debt but is ill with a back problem that will never heal im dreading the bailiff coming because im pretty unstable in threatening situations and worry he might not make it to his next victim.she owns nothing as well how bad can it get
What a bloody mess . . .I simply told bailiffs, that I have not and will not, enter into a contract with their company! My contract is with the council and NOT them . After they mumbled on their Mobile Phone to Somebody. I was then informed the matter will be referred back to the Council.(that was over 3 years ago) The Bailiffs have NEVER contacted me since - By engaging in correspondence with the Bailiffs you have entered into a contract with them; This could have dealt with in 10 minutes.
We're on to the scam. They usurpers (those who derive bogus livelihoods off the backs of the people) know it. They are in desperation mode. If they're not all Satanists, they are working for Satanists. WE SHALL PREVAIL!!! Truth and light always wins ultimately.
Excellent, it was clear from the beginning they knew that without a warrant they were not coming in. And equally they couldn't get a lawful warrant.
I liked the stalling tactics of the 'good' bailiff while the 'bad' bailiff tried (in vane) to find a way for the police officers to support forced entry.
One question I would've asked the police is: "can you come in without a warrant?" maybe, just maybe that would've brought things to a close a tad quicker.
Brilliant stuff. Coppers look bored, they know this farcical game of corruption and unlawful bullying cannot go on for much longer. Well done guys. Ballifs and the whole unlawful debt industry are scum.
@riv2012 in a lot of cases it is not bullying. You are warned that if you do not pay for the items by a certain date then they may be removed from your possession.
"it is not bullying" - when people stand at your door and threaten you by telling you they are going to take your possessions away by force... I call that bullying.
Bailiffs have NO authority. No crime has been committed, so they and police have no business being at your door.
If a crime has been committed, then show me the victim, otherwise get off my property before I set Tyson the pit bull onto you.
@riv2012 the police are there to enforce Bailiffs duties and prevent any problems. A Bailiff is legally taking a persons possession because they have not paid off debts etc. it's perfectly legal and not bullying. If you don't like it then pay when you should. plus with the whole "get off my property" thing.....Tresspassing is not a crime in the UK.
You are kidding I hope. Since when are police there to act as the heavy mob for bailiffs. The only role of police regarding bailiffs is to uphold the peace, make sure no threats or physical intimidation is made by either party. That is it. They have no jurisdiction in the matter.
Bailiffs are scum, they use intimidation and unlawful means to gather possessions all of which should be done through the proper channels ie court.
I have another way to stop them if they are not escorted by the police . Never open front door ,anything important like friends or family arriving they will contact you by other means of there arrival ie telephone mobile email etc .. also cctv is so cheap now that it is a must. But be aware if you have a house with a garden they are allowed by law to climb into your garden to gain access that way ! I stuck a 2 foot target at the end of garden just waiting for bailiff will let u know how i
Thanks for video , very informative and educating. Have been sharing like mad;)Keep up good work. THEY MUST BE STOPPED =CRIMINALS. ITS LIKE A PROTECTION RACKET.....LOVE IT.
NoDestinyLive4Now 3 months ago
@NoDestinyLive4Now Sorry to hear about your mum's family. That cant be easy. I'm 47 and i think by now i have a good understanding of life. The whole point i am making is that it doesn't matter what your financial status is. You can manage debt to to point that Bailiffs do not need to come to your door. There are plenty of debt management companies that can ease the pain of debt. Even if you never pay off all the debt in your lifetime. You can prevent situations like the one shown in this video.
baggie00001 3 months ago
@NoDestinyLive4Now Mate i do understand. Its no different now than it was 20 years ago. If you owe someone money then all you have to do is make a commitment to pay an amount that you can afford. You can offer 50p a week if thats all you can afford and there is nothing that the debtor can do about it as long as you stick to the agreement.
Debt doesn't have to be a problem. Its only a problem if you choose to make it that way.
baggie00001 3 months ago
@baggie00001 My 2 loans were with Barclays and HSBC. I owed a total of 10 grand which was a lot in the early nineties. Even though i was paying Barclays every month. They sold the debt to a company called Independent debt collection services based in Liverpool. Within days of it being sold. IDCS phoned me wanting more money. I refused and continued to pay the agreed amount and there was nothing they could do about it. As long as io stuck to the agreed amount. It worked out fine.Anyone can do it.
baggie00001 3 months ago
I have a simple solution if you want to hear it.
Pay your debts and this situation doesn't even happen at all.
Even on benefits you are given enough money to pay your basic amenities and rent.
baggie00001 3 months ago
@baggie00001 aaaahh hahahahahahahaahaha, spoken like a truly ignorant twat. tory by any chance?
DonAlcopop 3 months ago
@DonAlcopop No just a hard working non sponging scrounger who pays his bills and has never seen a bailiff at his door.
baggie00001 3 months ago
@baggie00001 yep, and it is that sweeping generalisation you make about "sponging scroungers" and the assumption that benefits=easy life that lets you down. Trust me, as someone who has worked collections for a number of institutes, its not that black and white. Nothing ever is. also, retrospectively, calling you a twat, was a little over the top really, for which i am sorry.
DonAlcopop 3 months ago
@DonAlcopop Didnt mean it to sound like a generalisation of people. Just the people shown in this video. My point is that it doesn't matter how much you owe or who you owe it to. There are steps you can take to prevent Bailiffs ever knocking your door. Even an offer of a pound or less a week will keep them away. When people get to the stage like these in the video. Its because they dont give a toss about their debts. Trouble is that we often end up paying more, when these people dont.
baggie00001 3 months ago
@baggie00001 I agree what you are saying really, i do think it may be worth considering what motivates people like this though. Some are doing it from a point of principal. Sure, its convenient that they get to make a little saving along the way, but my friend, that money they saved was never really in your pocket to start with....was it?
DonAlcopop 3 months ago
@DonAlcopop I understand what you mean but from a point of principal. I do not want to pay higher bills because some people get the idea that they are exempt from paying their bills.
Typical example is car insurance. Why should i pay a higher premium because there are hundreds of thousands of drivers who dont have insurance? Is that fair? Another example is Council tax. I have to pay more Council tax because of the high cost of retrieving the money when others dont pay their Council tax.
baggie00001 3 months ago
@baggie00001 See, now this is comment worth exchanging. :) Progress, from, the adversarial to the understanding. I would recommend having a watch of some of the AntiTerrorist's posts on his channel, he goes into this in detail in his post called " right on the money" but all of them are worth a look. He is much better at explaining it than i am, but in essence what he says is, why pay car insurance? Why not have a legal undertaking to pay for any damage caused, backed by a bond instead.

Court bailiffs are different to average scum bag bailiffs.
pcjoe, you are clearly a troll spouting the bullshit you do. with a name like pcjoe, are you one of those bully boys in fancy dress aka police?
riv2012 8 months ago
@riv2012 a lot of bailiffs are contraced to local authorities and they must be liscenced. i am not a troll and nor am i a police officer. I am just telling people that if they dopn't like bailiffs and don't want to meet them then they should follow the advice given. and don't go tarring all police officers with the same brush. They're not all bad. sure you get a few bad ones but many of them are good.
pcjoel999 8 months ago
@pcjoel999 My comment on police was harsh, and you are right, they aren't all bad, just a shame that being a police officer in today's world is more akin to; revenue officer.
Regarding bailiffs, the whole system is corrupt from the top down; are you familiar with 'fiat currency' and 'fractional reserve banking'. Once you understand these financial instruments, then you start seeing how the circle of debt is created and the part bailiffs play in the corrupt system.
Peace pcjoel

LeeHarveyOswald100 7 months ago
@LeeHarveyOswald100 no they do not what? if you mean that Bailiffs act within the law then yes they do. Bailiffs must adhere to regualtions. Bailiffs are liscenced.
pcjoel999 7 months ago
@pcjoel999 look mate, this guy is a Freeman on the land. He does not have to adhere to regulations or licence's or Acts of parliment or silly Statutes of law and he does not have to entertain menace's who turn up with the police. ( who are only there to make sure there is no breech of the peace) Look into common law and your rights because you seem to be blissfully unaware of them ... Good day!
LeeHarveyOswald100 7 months ago
@LeeHarveyOswald100 telling me to look at law when i have studied it. All i said was that Bailiffs have to be liscenced whch is true. So what if the guy in the house is a Freeman on the land. If he has failed to adhere to a contract and they are liscenced bailiffs then they have every right to be there and remove property. oh and by the way Beach of the Peace is only an offence in Scotland.
pcjoel999 7 months ago

pcjoel999 7 months ago
@pcjoel999 That's a very good question, first you have to undertand a few basics before you can start to understand what's going on in this video. Firstly find out who your "strawman" is and then find out how we are ruled by consent. You may not know this but you don't have to pay council tax, road tax or any other kind of tax. You do not need a license to drive nor a passport to travel. confused? Don't worry i was the same when i first found out .
LeeHarveyOswald100 7 months ago
@LeeHarveyOswald100 no you don't need to have any of those things to do those things physically but you have to by law.
pcjoel999 7 months ago
@pcjoel999 What a shame you have been brainwashed already!
I've never met a bailiff or any debt collection agency, or for that matter, ANY corrupt rotten to the core financial industry puppet that even knows the law, least of all acts within it!
It is because of narrow minded shallow and rapacious people, who have no understanding of what it is like to begin to know that peoples lives change and therefore, these unenforceable contracts that these global corporations like to use are not valid.
skimmers73 7 months ago
@skimmers73 i have not been brainwashed at all. i am just saying that although some may break the law they are in fact regulated and inspected. I know that many do not adhere to the law when the inspectors are gone but they are regulated.

@pcjoel999 Always act within the law? Not likely, they always misrepresent their powers and overcharge. It's an industry out of control. They have no power of entry for virtually all types of debts save Magistrates Court fines they know this and so try and blag their way into homes. Their fee schedules are a joke too.
bladeboy2041 7 months ago
@bladeboy2041 unfortunately they can charge what they like and it is often excessive. they have not broken the law by doing so though so they do act within the law. they have very limited powers of entry.

@leem400r my point is that people are saying that Bailiffs are illegal and do not act within the law when they do. they have to because the are liscenced and held to account by local authorities and must adhere to regulations. If a person has failed to meet an agreement then the baillifs do have the power to enter and remove property to recover the money.
pcjoel999 6 months ago
@pcjoel999 Your point was noted and rebutted... Those Bailiffs work for the Crown Corporation NOT the Queens Bench...! One is fraudulent, the other works to protect YOU your rights and your Estates equity... ie The Crown Corporation of the city of London.

AceOfHeart2012 1 year ago
Excellent, it was clear from the beginning they knew that without a warrant they were not coming in. And equally they couldn't get a lawful warrant.
I liked the stalling tactics of the 'good' bailiff while the 'bad' bailiff tried (in vane) to find a way for the police officers to support forced entry.
One question I would've asked the police is: "can you come in without a warrant?" maybe, just maybe that would've brought things to a close a tad quicker.
But well done and excellent!!

@riv2012 in a lot of cases it is not bullying. You are warned that if you do not pay for the items by a certain date then they may be removed from your possession.
pcjoel999 8 months ago
@pcjoel999
"it is not bullying" - when people stand at your door and threaten you by telling you they are going to take your possessions away by force... I call that bullying.
Bailiffs have NO authority. No crime has been committed, so they and police have no business being at your door.
If a crime has been committed, then show me the victim, otherwise get off my property before I set Tyson the pit bull onto you.
riv2012 8 months ago
@riv2012 the police are there to enforce Bailiffs duties and prevent any problems. A Bailiff is legally taking a persons possession because they have not paid off debts etc. it's perfectly legal and not bullying. If you don't like it then pay when you should. plus with the whole "get off my property" thing.....Tresspassing is not a crime in the UK.
pcjoel999 8 months ago
@pcjoel999
Trespassing IS a crime.
