Rain static on 2m beam - 2m Backpackers Contest

Hello, I had this during PW 144mhz contest last in June. The plug just started sparking.

Scary stuff, A heavy downpour brought static which then wiped out the whole band, had to finish an hour early and then on the way back hom ethe lightning started!
