She sailed under Norwegian flag, and the name; "MS Song of America" with Royal Caribbean. ^^, Beautiful ship, isn't she?

Song of America. I knew she some Royal Caribbean ship. Alot of old ships are still beautiful but people just don't see their prettiness.

You made really nice footage. And the music fits very well. Makes me want to go more on a cruise now. Although I am booked in on a Russia cruise with Vision of the Seas from Stockholm in July 18 to July 22nd. I can't wait!!!

Hi, super vid; I had the first cruise of the sunbird in the med in 1999 she was just out of dry dock but every thing went ok.
we sailed on the splendor of the seas in aug 08 very good ship but no milk at the indoor pool area!

I worked on both the 'Sunbird' back in the My Travel Days and on the 'Splendour' too. Had a fantastic time working with brilliant people on both. I was on the last voyage of 'Sunbird' before Thomson got their hands on her!

Sunbird (Operated by Louis for Mytravel)was my first cruise in 2001. Its a great ship, smallish but I had a great time. I've been on the Splendour too (Royal Caribbean)but it lacked the character of the Sunbird.

It is called "Thomson Destiny" now (not Sunbird).
