  • If he would have called the corporate number (which every employee has memorized and I am sure he was advised to call it several times), his problem would have been solved immediately and he would have received a full refund at that time. Viewers, don't let this customer's account of Lowe's discourage you from shopping there! He even admits in his own comments (if you care to look through them all) that Lowe's gave him a FULL REFUND.

Lowe's' contractors work strictly for Lowe's which means Lowe's is fully responsible for anything and everything they do. This is why what lolilover97266 was saying by "just say something to someone instead of making a stupid ass video".   • Home Depot and Lowe's have very similar business models and they both stink. Both use sub-contractors to duck responsibility in case something goes wrong, which often does. We've had nothing but trouble from Home Depot and Lowe's. Don't even get me started on Sears.

  • I am a retired veteran of the military who worked at Lowes and saw and heard DAILY, managers and employees use profanity,sexually tease a couple of female employees, ignore safety and ethics policy and a number of other violations of misconduc while the loser store manager named BUTCH did nothing about it. this was in Missouri(southeast) I suppose I am a troublemaker too, just because I refused to keep quiet about these things. you know, Lowes policy is to get rid of all who show the truth.

  • I've worked at Lowe's for 7 years now. We have great customer service & at my store we take back everything. Once in a while we will refuse something because it's not from our store.

Lowe's is very much committed to their customers, that is why there are CSA's , Specialists, Dept. Managers, Zone Managers, Operations Manager, and a Store Manager!   • I worked the opening team for a Lowe's, then could only stand working there for three months. I really liked customer service program - at first. Then was very disallusioned when even the store manager spoke badly about his dept managers to CSAs. I found the installs program had many many problems with accountability.

  • The CSAs are totally overworked because the Team Leads, Dept Mgrs, Zone Mgrs, Manager of the Day, Zone Mgrs, District Mgr would go directly to a CSA tell 'em to do something like re-set a rack. Unfortunately none of them was ever on the same sheet of music. WAY too many Chiefs running around with their own agenda.

  • CSAs ended up re-doing everything over and over and over... please don't take out frustrations on the CSA's go directly to the Corporate Office with complaints - you should get action there. Piss-poor management at the store level.
