  • Any hoo, tricep dips are good tricep and lats exercises, but the best work for your triceps is direct-targeting.

  • When I do these exercises my tri's become really swollen and lose definetion during the workout then they slowy return to normal after an hour or so. Why?? Is this ok?

  • its called, or atleast known as, the pump, blood rushes to the muscles causing them to swell, enjoy the feeling, its a good one.

    when your muscles are toned there is a small portion of muscle fibers that are constantly contracting, this is emphasized when you are pumped (thats why bodybuilders pump up, definition and mass, mainly mass) however when you push yourself your muscles can start to fail, this means they cant contract so much, thus you loose definition, temporarily.
