I wish Zippy & George was in The Sooty Show, The Wedding when Soo dreams of getting married, but with a voice of Roy Skelton, just before he died if they get a chance.
Wish Scampi was in the new series more often he was in Sooty Show, Sooty and Co, Sooty Heights and Sooty and got quite big roles in that when he was first introduced
@93DOL I'm guessing because they introduced 2 more characters in Sooty (the early 2000s show), they decided they had to many so they went back to the original characters
@joevictor53 Only Miki was new in 2000 and Butch had a new puppet and was not new as was in Matthew Corbett's time as presenter, Scampi came around in 1990 and Sooty, Sweep and Soo we know of.
How adorable is Soo’s dream wedding!! Great fun to see all the familiar characters like Scampi, Ramsbottom and Sweep’s parents (plus Brenda Longman as “herself”)! Love Richard’s “living room curtain” jacket.
Love new Sooty it's awesome loved how in this episode Scampi, Ramsbottom and Butch appeared in church scene 6:20 , only character who didn't appear was Miki the cat from the 2001-2004 series but didn't like her anyway
