That noise in your other video is a worn out or stripped drive block. The drive block is a large nut that sits down on the spin tube. There are two notches on the spin tube that fit into grooves on the drive block (kind of like how a key fits into a keyhole). If one of the notches on the spin tube gets bent inwards, the drive block no longer has a good grip on the spin tube. The more you use the washer, the drive block becomes stripped out as it tries to catch the spin tube.
Thanks for this video. There was a piece of rubber strip loose on the bottom of mine I was trying ot figure out where it went. I see it now. LOL
