We see the cost of something and then say based on that, something is more/less valuable than something else. Painting worth £1m or card that cost 50p-we immediately think the painting is more valuable (and even say "its really valuable") coz it costs more-BUT what if that card was made by your 4 year old daughter for your birthday?
We need to see value not in £££'s but in feelings. And stop relating earnings to self-value.
