That's a idiotic statement. Most people can't get into Duke(many people at Emory, Vanderbilt, or some "lower" Ivies didn't or couldn't get into Duke. Whose to say that they wanted to be at Duke? And then the Duke student may not have gotten into Harvard, Princeton, Yale, or Stanford.) or any top 20 for that matter. How can you even know if they even tried to apply to Duke. Don't flatter Duke w/o flattering the millions of other schools in which students could apply.
