I hate to burst your bubble Yunuenro, but the keyboardist in this video is none other than Brando Mireles from eagle pass tx.

2 reasons I know this is because 1 - I was there in McAllen at the Villareal ballroom at this very concert & 2 - being an ex-Tejano musician, my band did quite a few shows with Mazz so I pretty much knew the guys.

My mother said (over a decade ago) that when my daughter has her sweet 16, our family was gonna have MAZZ play no matter how much it cost. My daughter is having her a sweet 16 in Sept this year, and how sad, that I can't get this concert for my mother!! Man those were the good ol' days...Joe, Laura, Ram, Elsa, Shelly, and many others!!

As a kid, I grew up listening to Mazz. My father was in the military so we lived all over the world, but we took our Chicano food and music wherever we went. These songs bring back some really good memories, thanks for posting. And even though I now live on the East Coast, Mazz CDs take me back to my San Antonio roots in no time. It's too bad that Joe Lopez is now in prison, but as they say, if you do the crime, you must pay your time.

It's really unfortunate what has transpired over Joe's case. But that's what marriage breakup will somtimes do to a man. But it was his choosing. There's nobody to blame. He voice is under-rated he is a good performer. In fact he's opened for alot of stars from Mexico. I mean BIG STARS.
