Where does optimism come from? There is comparative optimism where getting ahead or defeating others make you feel better. This is a gamer's optimism and the optimism of having others believe your lies. The other optimism is a puzzler's optimism. This kind is almost completly the oposite of gamer's optimism. Gamer's optimism is hierarchal, and omnipresent in civilization and likes to penalize and punish, but puzzler's optimism is much closer to a "primal happiness".

i like Obama. If he was like Hitler, he would be wanting to intimidate. He does not do that. If he was like Hitler he would want to be getting all the money and all the control, but we don't see that happening. I think the prez is trying to be a publc servant, but he has all the richtoids breathing down his neck. He is kind of like a dealer in the big game, but everyone wants him to deal from their personal stacked deck. Just watch how fast he ages as prez.

It is actually very difficult to figure "what is" the nature of truth. Whatever it is; it tends to be "non biased", but all groups are biased toward their own interpretations that must be biased by winning and positioning. You cannot really extract truth from self interest. It is practically Newtonion. Important people tend to defend their importance with lies and collusion. There is no actual truth that can be drawn from hierarchy. Hierarchies need to "overlord" truth to exist.

Any given group has the "right" to pronounce sentence on any given individual for no other reason than to reenforce status factors. This is like a super highway out of "smart town". In "smart town" cooperation is the rule, but outside of "smart town" conformity or death is the rule of law. The human race is breeding for conformity. That's why there are so many lost and confused souls. I would predict more vicious human endeavor. Bigger bombs, more death by guns,drones, and missiles ect.
