  • Root beer description sounded like the description of the endings to Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2

  • Lol, root beer -is- vile. :D

  • how exactly does quark need the federation to save him

  • @zzxcvb98 Big huge war going on between the Federation and the Dominion - A lot of people left Deep Space 9 and Quark's been worried about the outcome of the war (especially in regards to his bar, per usual).

  • *Blows kiss to Garak, and giggles like mad*

  • That root beer is flat!

  • root beer ?

    C'man !

  • root beer is delicious

  • so good

  • Garak is the embodiment of pure awesomeness.

  • Scenes like this is why DS9 ruled!

  • I loved DS9's willingness to probe into the "ideal utopian future" Roddenberry created. To show that not everyone instantly wanted to join the Federation, not everyone loved Starfleet, and that, as Orwell said, it was the job of rough men to enable people to sleep at night. Great scene, one of many.

  • I love this, its my favourite Garak moment.

  • Kudos to Andrew J. Robinson (Garak) and Armin Shimerman (Quark), two of the best character actors in Star Trek history. This scene is pure fucking awesome.

  • Garak's right though; root beer IS vile. It's insidious...

  • My favorite line is Garak's observation on root beer: "It's insidious!" A rare look at how outsider perceive the Federation.

  • Brilliant bit of writing and acting.

  • Best moment in Star Trek ever.

  • One of the single greatest exchanges in trek history

  • It's VILE!

  • it is.
