great review. im buying this phone when my 2 year contract ends this November. How easy is it to text? I'm a VERY big texter, and people say that if you text a lot then you shouldnt buy this phone, BUT i want the Dare SOOO bad. So can you comment back and let me know how good the texting is on the QWERTY keyboard and the Word keyboard? ALSO is the internet fast? and just overall, is the Dare worth the money to get? yeah u can get just the minutes plan. and u can still use the internet but its pay per use in mb i think its 99 cents in 1 mb. if i were u i will get the data plan no minutes for $34. or get the79.99 plan with unlimited txt, instant message, web mail, vz navigator, mobile tv and all that stuff

No, you can get it just as a normal phone, no txt, no e-mail, no internet...but If you want to add E-mail/internet/Vz Navigator are all $5 a month individually, and you have to ask for that internet...they don't talk about it too much if you know what i mean. so the plans are really affordable compared to the Blackberry

The VZ Nav is an extra charge, I get with my plan (79.99)

The Camera is not as fast as a stand alone camera but I wouldn't call it slow.

Some of my friends have The Voyager and would say hands down that the Dare is better. Just make sure you like virtual keyboard before you buy.

LG Dare its easy to use, very light, with 3.2 mp camera but the camera setting need to set every time you use it. the only one reason i return it because you cant use sim card its not tri band or quad band. you cant use this phone around the world.

I am a little bit disappointed though, as the phone does not look like it accepts touch input very well, and it does not seem like they have nailed the 'flick' motion very well either. Their web browser needs a little bit of work too...

Maybe a software revision will help things.
