Xr,how many of them have you owned?I have owned them all ,over a dozen diesels brand new.Ford has sucked since they dropped the 7.3 powerstroke and leafspring front axle.GM is now in first all by themselves in the pick up war.Have you ever hear of death wobble?Not if you drive a GM.

the new fords get great economy,the dodge is true, that engine was never designed around emissions...The 6.7 cummins originally came out as a 5.9 in 1984, as a tractor engines, it cant keep up with emissions, it gets choked down and has to use more fuel to get the power.

Are these videos edited or something, because at one point the dodge and chevy appear to be tied with the ford almost down to 1 gallon left. Then all of the sudden the dodge and chevy are out and ford still has almost .5 gallons left...WTF

I can say this test is true because, a friend of mine has a 6.7l Ford and we drove to a near by town going about 55mph and a highway and got 24 mpg.

I've owned Ford and Dodge diesels and have known many others that have also and their experiences mirrored mine.How is it that my Dodges always got better fuel mileage and were way more reliable then the Fords? The 2010 Ford F250 is rated as their least dependable vehicle by Forbes magazine.In two or three years once these Fords have a few miles on them tell me then how great they are for now I'll just consider this one Fords new and improved more polished Turd.

Check the math if the RAM ran out at 33 miles and the ford at 42, that means the ford went 9 miles further. if you look at the cylinders of diesel when the RAM runs out there is still a quarter left in the fords cylinder. so if you do the math that would mean that 9/.25=36 so after the RAM ran out of fuel the ford was getting 36 miles to the gallons???? lol ford wont even make these official and put them on their site, they have to put a link to youtube.

Okay well i have to say i dont think chevy will have the best truck and I am almost positive that dodge will be on bottom with the 2011 model because with the new exhaust fluid system they are not doing well but i will say this i just got a 2011 Ford F-450 it has over twice the power my 2008 Ford F-450 had and it gets over twice the fuel milge the last truck had and i have to say im very impressed

2:03, lets be fair, use the same model years. oh, they werent out yet. well then dont jump to conclusions saying ford's better when the chevy and dodge arent even out yet. the chevy has be upgraded so much with more fuel efficiency, i just have a feeling chevy will be on top this year. but gotta watch out for dodge too, they know how to make trucks, but they need to work on the MPG.

If you drive slow enough you can get some amazing mileage, slowing my dodge from 55 to 50 alone is good for almost 4 mpg. these trucks have horrible aerodynamics. theyn are talking about cruising @ 35pmh. I am tempted to go see what my 2006 dodge would get for MPG at that speed. Infact I might just do that and report back.

This is a ford test, there is no way any other truck will win on ford tests. First apples to apples would of been all 2011 models or all 2010 models, second should of have a driver from from it's manufacturer to drive, means Guy from Chevy would drive a Chevy and Guy from Ram would drive a Ram, not all 3 from ford. I've noticed that ford is the only company thats tricks people with stunts like this, and sadly how many people buy this!

Will it last more than 50k without blowing the head gaskets? Will it last longer than 60k without having the FICM replaced? Will it last longer than 70k without replacing the egr cooler,etc, etc. etc.? I hope. Ford needs a good run after the 6.0L and 6.4L debacles.
