While I do admit to missing the ladylike finesse of the former First Ladies, it was a very hot day where they were. Maybe next time one of those 22 assistants she asked for can help her a bit w/propriety & more flattering attire. I think they are afraid to tell the EMPRESS she needs different clothes.
