On mister cee oldschool at noon. And he finished the show off with this record. Follow by these lines..

"You will never hear Hip hop like this Ever Again"

  • That was AMAZING !!!

  • REAL HIP H0P 4 SHO!!! :-)

  • @swswa221 Don't fuck up i think now we all know this fuckin book -.-

  • @TheRealBigM Hehe, I actually think there is one single person making hundreds of fake accounts to promote the book.

  • @1TtidnaB Hahaha probably :D

  • @DelDrew

Nah I am going nowhere, I'll stay here !!

  • This a freestyle?

  • @hwgavin yeh but kane has an actual song called raw

  • Rakim, Big Daddy Kane & Kool G Rap = 80's Top 3 MCs

Nas, Pharoahe Monch & Ice Cube = 90's Top 3 MCs

Elzhi, Canibus & MF DOOM = Top 3 21st century MCs

Honorable Mentions: KRS-One, Chuck D, Q-Tip, Eminem, J-Live, Gift of Gab, Aceyalone, Masta Ace, Black Thought, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Common, One Be Lo, Andre 3000, GZA, Guru, Ras Kass and a few others.

  • when my ballys run down i get taps

  • I think I just went deaf in my right ear.

  • just when you think BDKs verse cant get any better

  • haha shit thats pure dopeness!

  • @saddat1965, I didn't 4get about KRS, it's just that I did my own personal top three spot. Now if I would of done my own personal top 4 spot, he would of been #4

  • Wayne shouldn't be in this convo G Rap/BDK never need Ghost writers!!!!

  • why everyone gotta hate on Wayne... if you truly listened to him you know he can rap.. it's not the same as old hip hop but what music hasn't changed into something else? Nobody would listen to Wayne if he rapped like this... nobody would listen to anyone nowadays if they still rapped like this because it's something completely different now. Nobody wants to hear new people singing like they did in the 80's.. so why would rappers rap like they did in the 80's?

  • @DonaldBlunt u damn right and u practically surely the only here... and this is so damn sad... anyway PEACE to yall

  • @DonaldBlunt id be stoked if someone actually rapper like this nowadays. Even if it was half as good.

  • they both killed it, but i think g rap outshined BDK

  • They both started out ight the first 45 secs, then they just started going straight hard the whole time, I can't even say who's better, both their raps were soooo ill.

  • free MCing lesson...

  • @peemic g.rap is is tight but kane goes the distance imo.

  • @DelDrew lil wayne and pretty much the entire lot nowadays are a disgrace to the real legacy

  • Rakim, BDK & G-Rap. Top three MC's period!

  • @djlz1 YUPP THANX...BLESS : )

  • @djlz1 You forgot about KRS 1

  • 2 legends tearing up mics

  • BigKoolRap 101. 21st century square MC's need to take note...

  • damn G RAP!!!

  • good lord. the skills.

  • whats with the audio

  • @swswa221 Are you getting paid to advertise for the publishers of that book? I read it, was all right but nothing enlightening.

  • If you have this on vinyl, put it in glass case and display is proudly.

  • Listen to the content and metaphores then UNDERSTAND that this track was re-made by Kane & G Rap in1988!!! If you can truly understand that, then you my friend what hip hop supremacy is. Only a couple of rappers during that era could go in like this. Melle Mel, Grand Master Kas, Rakim, MC Shan, Tragedy, LL Cool J, KRS One...

  • King Asiatic = one of the illest brothers to ever do it!

  • G rap sounds weird on this track

  • @TheTeenLyricist

Thats what a young G Rap sounded like. Throughout his carrier he's gotten more barritone/bass to his voice. Even if you listen to his early 90s stuff his voice is at a much different pitch than it is today. Most underrated M.C. to ever rock the mic!

  • Kool G was dope but Kane killed this track.

  • 5 minutes straight. I'm pretty sure this is impossible.

  • 2 of my fav's of all time. I have this one CD and rock it all the time.. Not many Mcee's can touch these two.

  • OK so some foul language was used... lol

  • wow and no foul language, thats what you called educated ,you had to be to write like this .

  • When I was a kid, back before there was 'mixtapes' there was battle tapes. Two MC's would battle on a tape and let it float around the neighborhood and the streets would judge who won. There was a legendary one between Kane and Kool G. Rap. I wish like a motherfucker I had that tape still. It like a half hour long, non-stop firing at each other.

  • @Sensaye25 Damn, I'd kill to see that tape. Ha.

  • M16 AND AK , Thats Kane and G. Rap

  • DAMN KANE KILLED THIS WITH A AK-47

  • Kool G Rap murders kane on every record they did together!....Kane is great but G is greater!

  • @Peemic I agree with you. But I think Kane was better on this one.

  • @Peemic They are both great on their own thing, different technique and delivery, but i do like G. Rap better, without G Rap, Big pun, The rugged man would never do it like they do

  • @Peemic TRUTH!!

  • Big Daddy Kane and Superheads baby daddy...lol

  • @gutta1815 Kool G Rap is her son's father. Not BDK.

  • @cormegaful he does not sound as lispy as he was later on

  • This should have been on vinyl, Kane is my fav of all time and this is one of his best rhymes but KGR held it down if this was a battle by the time you read this comment I still wouldn't have been able to choose a winner! Solid Gold!!!!!!

  • D-O-P-E!!!!!!!! Nuff said!!!

  • This put's today's "Artists" to shame.

Come one now, they need to learn the skills these two had.

    None of this autotune CRAP!

  • yea jay z has no flow jus some decent line everyonce in awhile, i miss this era

  • shit quality can't bare it

  • is this the original? cos no one will give me answer lol

  • This is insane

  • MUUURRRDER

  • would of loved to see lord finess spit the third verse to this.... kool g and kane kiled it ...NY peeps true hip hop not that fagot shit from down south!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @MrGOLDENSTATE510 sorry beatz

    rhymes are whack anyway

  • @PascalO3007 u hv to be retarded to say that!!

  • @sur2hit no im not and if youd have read my other comment youd know that im not refering to all artists today but the mainstream suckers nowadayz are whack like ...oh wait i wont say one of their on this legendary song but u might know who im talkin bout anyway

  • @MrGOLDENSTATE510 lolololol thumbs down

  • MY PENIS IS ON FIRE!!! MY BALLBAGS ARE BURNING

  • Hip hop in it purest form!! No gimmicks just a beat and two mc's. Hip hop is dying more and more everyday we to bring back this shit and stop buying the wack shit that out now!!

  • I was like, DAMN Kane killed it......! then enters G rap....holy sh!t

  • true lyrics..fuck Yo' ringtones...

  • those 3 dislikes were (........) JB Faggs

  • Kool G Rap went hard

  • Where can I find this single?

  • 2 of my biggest influences. I'm only 17 and I listen to these two on a regular basis. Hip-Hop still has hope.

  • Drake, Kanye West, or Lil' Wayne would not last 2 seconds against Kane!

  • @myboyz24 The fuck are you mentioning them for?

  • @CoolGuy95ya guess you didn't READ my comment

  • @myboyz24 I did.. But every video containing any good rappers some idiot, in this case you, mentions some lame ass rappers..

  • @CoolGuy95ya well you're not the sharpest tool in the shed, dingbat! The rappers I mentioned are not in Kane's category. That was my point, dumbass! I was listening to Kane when you were in your dad's nutsack, so I can pretty much say what I want. I did not know it was a crime to say another rapper's name, so go back to listening to Justin Beiber, you cunt!

  • @myboyz24 You just had to mention another bad artist didn't you... And if youre the old fuck you claim to be you should be taking care of a family rather then posting stupid comments on a youtube video.

  • @CoolGuy95ya why you illiterate mother fucker. Don't worry about what the FUCK I be doing with my family, something you will NEVER know about. Now do everyone a favor & go back to your mother's basement & go back to masturbating to porn, you waste of sperm. RESPECT YOUR ELDERS, BITCH!

  • WTF is this man?!

  • g rap was good but he cant fucc with kane...i like em both dont get me wrong

  • @SuperRolando33 thats your opinion

  • jesus fucking h christ.......

  • damn!!! can't stop it!

  • does anyone know how old G Rap was when this was recorded? nigga sound like hes no older than 16 years old...

  • I'm 34 years old. I miss this. I grew up on this. I remember listening to my 1/2 hour of yo MTV raps and trying to hang out with my older cousins with the radio so loud, PURE TREBLE making you blink with each hit on the snare! LOL.

  • Now this is classic!

I don't listen to much of the rap today cause all it these rappers do today is talk about their ego's and money like it's the only thing in life which it isn't.

Oh, and by the way, I'm 23 years old now but when I was a around 2-3 years old I remember this music along with Public Enemy like it was yesterday. Hell, I even remember when I first saw New Jack City when I was around that age lol.

  • The hip hop equivalent of a classic jazz ensemble , this shit is hip hop at its zenith

  • 2 Hip-Hop icons showing these Wacks MC'S how it should be done, Booty Mainstream Pop Rappers should take notes.

  • I'm ashamed for never hearing this good shit.

It's better than any shit since 1998

  • REAL HIPHOP LYRICAL SLAUGHTER ON THE MIC BY 2 OF THE GREATS WISH MAINSTREAM RAP COULD GET BACK LIKE THIS RIPPIN THE MIC

  • damn they both went off on dis

  • What album can I find this off of?

  • Man you just took me back to the 80's waiting for some shit like street beat to hear classic shit like that. Man do I miss that type of shit!!!!!!!!!

  • @exf20

Some still do. Check out Edan and Insight.

  • @lionclaw77 That's true they do. Their not getting recognized like they did back in the day. But I'm a check them out thou.

  • @exf20 I feel ya. Edan and Insight mixes sounds from the past and present giving them a unique sound. Tell me what you think of them when you get the chance.

  • @lionclaw77 They both are cool, but I like Edan a little bit better thou. Did u ever hear Hell Razah's new latest album "Heaven Razah" or Eternia's At Last album?

  • @exf20 Yeah, I knew and prefer Edan first. And no I never heard Hell Razahs new album.

  • @lionclaw77 Your ears are missing that album. Check it out on here first. It's a true classic!

  • @lionclaw77 Finally someone showing some love for Insight. I just discovered him and Damu The Fudgemunk and they are simply amazing! Edan and Mr. Lif are ill too.

  • Recorded at Marley Marl crib..not sure what year though..

  • @gametight79 : Nah this was a freestyle on the radio. At least I think. I remember hearing this version live on WBLS "Marley Marl In Control" show. But I could be wrong.

  • @TheSonsOfLight I feel that..I know theres a couple other freestyles live at Marley's crib..I heard them on the Wake Up Show in 97'...Peace

  • i have a diff version of this song where the verses are completely diff. both are nasty tho kanes a legend!

  • Check out Dollar Jas

  • Only a hand full of mc's ever went this hard. EVER.

  • would someone be kind enough to tell me exactly what kool g rap is saying. because i can understand most of it but some of it i cant hear cos its muffled and hes flow is too quick to catch it .

  • Jigga killed Biggie.

  • @LaCokaNostradamus i actually think they were equal in the 90s but around biggies death jigga fell off so i guess it was perfect timing when biggie died because it seemed biggie kep getting nicer and if jigga fell off around the time when big was gettin nicer...ill let you do the math...lol....but yea i think jigga killed big in i love the dough...he jus did

  • DAYYYYUUM! Kane and G Rap (as in the Symphony) once again prove they are lyrical GODS! Battling them would be like stepping in the ring with Tyson and Ali in their prime - I wish you good luck, son!

  • Real heads no the dill.

  • fuck Jay Z, dont even bring up that fags name on this video.

  • @southsideroy fuck Jay-Z? Both of the dudes would give Jay his due credit... but you say no?

  • @xmuscularghandix jay z was a warm up act for bdk's shows......then jay jacked jaz o's style....so there is no credit due

  • Who cares if Kool G beat down Super Head! I look the other way from that issue just to hear this lyrical beat down! Him and Kane together is the Ol' 1-2 knockout! CLASSIC!

  • @shabazz120 He didnt hit her by the way. She's just a slut who has made quite alot of money from a bunch of baseless lies in her book.

  • @romainelettuce2 WORD!

  • pure classic!!!! Flow is Timeless!!!

  • Ill, too bad this type of rap dont sell anymore

  • the think with rappers now is the only rap about guns money hoes annd cars..no skills

  • Jay can't even compare to this. Kine would destroy Jay with a love song @sfaustina

  • Both of them sound young in this.

  • this is amazing, they both kill it.

  • damnn.... first time hearn this.... its sick..

  • This is tight! I think if anyone were ever to record a greatest rap song of all time, it would feature: Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, Big L, Big Pun, KRS-One, Nas, and Biggie.

  • @Logibear18 ill probably get flamed for this but i would also include Bun B and Redman. =D I agree with rest though!

  • @Logibear18 too bad pun and big are dead

  • lyrical massacre. too sick

  • i can't believe that Big Daddy Kane suffers from asthma.... 2 of the best on the mic
