Don't believe the hype(No Econ Collapse, a manufactured collapse), ARMs r a no.1 con. RULERS never talked about how much money coming in everyday of the year. Example. Yesterday, in cities over 2 hundred thousand people * 57 cities, using $1 as the monetary low amount. Citzens spent $11,400,000.00 in an hour's time, now multiply in 8 hours' time($91,200,000.00), now multiply over 365 days($33,288,000,000.00 bil). Just from $1. Now imagine the taxes taken from the American citizens.
I guess i was wrong about Lehman. No buyer. The dow dipped a little more then i expected today. Some are saying if it dips below 10800 we have a major problem. AIG seems to working out a solution to its liquidity issues. I think the Fed should be as hands off as possible and let the chips fall where they may. Let the corrections happen as ugly as they may be, and let's demand the development of green tech as it could be a sector which stimulates long term economic growth for the US.
Guess what people...there will be no collapse. I know many of you want there to be one so you can fulfill your mad max...red dawn fantasies. But it ain't gonna happen. Someone will buy Lehman. the announcement will come within the next 48 hours. It aint happenin...get back to work...or get back to searchin for more work.
Yes you are all screwed. Liquidate all USD assets, cash everything. Buy hard assets and get ready to move out of the city. The Treasury is already putting cash restrictions on gold and silver as reported by the 'shortage' in physical precious metals. Don't let the 'paper price' of PM's fool you. The police, fire dept, phones, electricity does not work when the dollar collapses. You only have a few weeks, if that, do do this. PS- good luck finding physical PM's in large amounts.

Hope you're right.
I have absolutely no interest in being "right" on this topic.

Nope. Bankrupt!

Once the fall-out from the bankruptcy sinks in, and the paper other investment banks are holding they will come up short as well.
It is a cascading snowball of toxic paper. Eventually the FRE & FNM bail-out will result in tax payers defaulting on their T-Bills.
Then it gets ugly. Of course this is just my opinion.
