  • If you have a problem who can you get to understand English and be able to resolve the problem on their end ? I did get a semi English speaking repairman,Dennis that listened to the problem and I told the man to send the parts and he sent half of the parts and there is no getting in touch with this guy or anyone else that can understand what you need. What they do understand is to send it in and charge you $80 even under warranty. If you are going to get any tankless, buy two.

  • Save your money and time! Don't buy it!

  • Piece of Crap, circuit boards are crap, replaced it 3 times before I tossed it.

  • I have replaced the circuit board 3 times on the Titan, cheap ass piece of shit it is

  • It will only last 2 years . I went through 3 of them. They SUCKs!!! Warranty Sucks !!

  • Wow..that was incredibly informative...It certainly answered all my water heater questions...sheeeshh

  • The Titan Tankless Water Heaters are ALL metal construction with electronic control and monitoring. I think that you have it backwards the stirbel is the one that has a metal and plastic model.

  • If you want to save money on a tankless heater - DO NOT BUY ONE! I bought a Bosch 250SX about 18 months ago and just tore it off the wall this week and replaced it with a forced draft tank type.

Endless hot water? Maybe if you don't count the frozen coils, board failures and "hiccups" where you suddenly have the heater stop functioning halfway through a shower.

  • will one unit work for my entire house?

  • yes it will, but they are expensive as hell.

  • What is your flow rate at a 60 degree rise (50 degree water in, 110 degree out)? What amp requirement does it have? Last unit I saw that could provide at least two showers needed three 60 amp breakers.

  • wow your quick to comment back. i under stand that this is very convienent because i all ways have to watch not to use all the hot water!

  • Your right, with this system you can run the shower as long as you line and never run our of hot water like a normal tank heater. Also if there is no use of hot water the unit stays off. Not like a tank that is constantly reheating the same water and burning up you electric or gas bill. I will be getting a better video up in a few days with more information. In the meantime you are welcomes to call our office if you have questions 888-688-8010

  • Umm...not sure if this is actually Titan, I was looking for an official site and came across. this. I just installed this water heater and am getting lukewarm water in my bath tub at best. The temputure on the unit is as high as it will go/ The sink in the kitchen has hot water but not the bath. What is the problem? I'm very dissappointed.

  • These units are labeled by how fast the water flows: like 6 gallons per minute. Now that would be one to use for your tub & washer. You probably have a smaller unit closer to the sink. Try not running any cold water to begin with & let the hot run into the tub at a slower rate. But really you might need a smaller point of use unit for your tub.

  • wow so amazing "say sarcasticly"

  • It is amazing, it saves you on your electric cost and gives you an endless supply of hot water, check it out etankless . com

  • How exactly is this howto/diy.. it's just zooms of one on the wall.
