@Deyvionable It isn't too surprising when you remember that, despite the fact that the only real thing the PPGZ do is change clothes for their "disguises", they have absolutely no one realize who they are.

On a side note: A scientist manages to change 3 girls into super hero's and seems to be one of the most brilliant scientists ever (he did put the moon back together) he doesn't have the time to invest in buying masks.

So the clothes actually disguises you as Blossom/Bubbles/Buttercup, no matter the gender or age of user, that explains why the whole city was dull to them as Momoko/Miyako/Kaoru

And Prof. U..I can understand trying out their jackets, but the skirt.... o_o

And, uh, how do you test clothes for impact resistance? If I put my T-shirt on an anvil and whack it with a hammer and nothing happens, that doesn't mean it will protect ME from a hammer! I guess he laid it on a device designed to measure blunt force trauma.

Anyway, the most important thing is the revelation that that anybody who wears the clothes gets PPGZ powers and appearance, regardless of size or gender.

I don't understand why the lost their powers because they lost their clothes? The actually powerpuff girls where created with their powers and would have them wheather they changed their clothes or not. So does this mean they never really had powers it's the iteams? Or they can only  use their powers without their stuff?

@Foolkat101 Lol, true, but if he thought they would be stolen, why not dry them inside then? Hang them up over the bathtub & they can drip dry there. Or, Utonium-hakase has a lot of weapons, why didn’t he or Ken-kun guard them outside if he really thought the outfits were in danger? The boys don't have any powers, so it would have been easy to defeat them. There are just so many other options they could have done, if Utonium honestly believed they would be stolen. That's just my me though! ^_^

@Usagi393 it wouldn't dry as quickly if they did it inside, utonium was mostly thinking of getting them to dry as quickly as he can so the powerpuff girls can have their clothes back. the boys do have powers by the way. ken could have been busy with other things, he is the assistant of a scientist after all. there are a lot of options that they could have done, but this episode wouldn't exist if utonium didn't leave the clothes outside right?

@Foolkat101 Haha, also true! XD The boys don't have powers though. They only have powers when they put on the girls' outfits; otherwise, they are normal little boys w/ no superpowers. The RRBZ aren't like the RRB in the orginial PPG. These outfits are SUPER important though. Ken-kun proabaly was busy doing something, but it couldn't have waited in favor of guarding the outfits? Although, UR right, if it wasn't for leaving them outside, the episode wouldn't exist, but it still bothers me! ;D

If that was his original intention, I think a better plan would have been to keep the outfits locked in a vault (or something like that) and then have the girls test the other outfits. Especially since they were new and untested, I wouldn’t have used the trial run for them in a real emergency, but thanks for answering my question! ^_^
